Really nice little cafe with a relaxed leafy vibe and cosy rustic interior. The staff were all super friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about the food and coffee. The menu was interesting and a bit different from the usual brunch spots. The Sri Lankan curry was really tasty and came in a generous portion.
The chilli crisp scrambled eggs were absolutely amazing and packed full of flavour! The specialty Floozy coffee was solid too—definitely the best espresso extraction in the Newcastle Beach area.
We hosted a private family dinner here on Friday night. The Mediterranean shared plates and Hunter Valley wines were paired beautifully. The service is incredibly warm and makes you feel right at home.
